At Surplus Tow Parts, we stand behind the quality of the products we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Return Policy
We offer a 21-day return policy. Return requests must be submitted within 21 days of the date your order is marked as delivered. Once your return request is approved, the item must be shipped back within 7 calendar days unless otherwise agreed upon by Surplus Tow Parts.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition as received.
- Be returned in its original packaging.
- Include all original components, accessories, and documentation (if applicable).
- Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return items without first contacting us for return authorization. Returns received without prior authorization may be refused or returned to the sender at the customer's expense.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible at Support@SurplusTowParts.com so we can evaluate the issue and provide a resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom or special-order products
- Clearance or sale items
- Gift cards
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Products that have been installed, used, modified, or damaged after delivery

Exchanges
If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we may be able to accommodate an exchange or order modification if you contact us promptly. We will make every reasonable effort to honor your request; however, exchanges or changes cannot be guaranteed once order processing has begun.
Once an order has been been processed or shipped, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item after your order has shipped, you may return the eligible product in accordance with our Return Policy for a refund (once approved) and place a new order.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of delivery in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method, less any applicable return shipping charges, restocking fees, or other deductions described in this policy. Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless a return is the result of our error (including receiving an incorrect, defective, or damaged item), customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
For your convenience, Surplus Tow Parts may provide a prepaid return shipping label. If a prepaid return label is provided, the cost of the label will be deducted from your total refund. Alternatively, customers may choose to purchase their own return shipping label. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Surplus Tow Parts is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during transit.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at Support@SurplusTowParts.com.
Restocking Fee
All approved returns are inspected upon receipt. Eligible returns that are received with damaged packaging, missing components, missing accessories, or other conditions that reduce their resale value may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 10% of the purchase price. The applicable fee, if any, will be deducted from the refund amount. Surplus Tow Parts reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the condition of returned merchandise and whether a restocking fee applies.
